Community Resource and Research Center

Carnegie Mellon University and the STUDIO for Creative Inquiry have set up a Community Resource and Research Center in the future public green space to provide a tangible medium for the public to learn about the greenway development project at Nine Mile Run. The center provides an opportunity to record community reaction to the project and monitor current usage and habitat of the area. The center features maps and copies of environmental assessment studies for public viewing.

The Center is open for the public every weekend:

Stop in and speak with one of our team members about Nine Mile Run's history and plans for the future of the valley!

We use this trailer as an on-site classroom and laboratory.
